If the Ravens win on Sunday against the Vikings, Flacco will have 61 wins, which is the most by a Super Bowl-era quarterback in his first six seasons. Now he’s tied with Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, who also has 60 regular-season wins from 2004 to 2009.
Flacco’s 60 regular-season is second to Saints quarterback Drew Brees with 61. He has the most wins of all starting quarterbacks since he came into the league in 2008 and he also has the most regular-season wins at home since being drafted (38).
With four games remaining, Smith needs 250 receiving yards to break Michael Jackson’s record of 1,201 yards set in 1996. He has career-highs with 54 receptions and 952 receiving yards this season.
“I should have already had it, so I’m not satisfied,” Smith said. “I’ve got to play better.”
Smith ranks fourth in the NFL with 17.4 yards per catch and has caught four touchdowns. He needs one catch of 25 yards or more to pass Derrick Mason for the franchise record of 35 catches of 25 yards or more.
